Introducing Jackson Makoyola, our accomplished Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Director at NACOPHA. With an impressive 12-year background in M&E, Jackson possesses comprehensive expertise across all facets of standard M&E practices, encompassing data collection procedures, M&E plan development, and the design of data collection tools.
Jackson is a versatile and dependable specialist, proficient in an array of essential skills. His competencies span administrative support, sub-grantee supervision, report writing, database development and management, data cleaning, data analysis, and research methodology. He has been actively involved in projects funded by esteemed donors such as USAID, CDC, UNICEF, UNAIDS, AVAC, and GAC.
Equipped with extensive experience in utilizing various data management systems, including Tanzania’s national systems like DHIS-2, TOMSHA, CTC2 Database, Pharmacy Module, as well as donor reporting systems like PROMIS, DIS, IPRS, and DATIM, Jackson is well-versed in navigating diverse platforms. Notably, he has a commendable track record of enhancing data quality through internal data quality assessments.
